general news:
i managed to get in contact with band memeber of dilute Craig colla! weve been talking and
hes been great help getting information of the history of the band
sadly he got an emergency and had to go away, unsure when ill see him again
i hope hes doing okay, will update if anything comes from this
i also bought a book called "La exrema derecha en America Latina" which is
which is about the extreme right on south america, which i live in,
i saw it a while back but couldnt buy it, ive just wanted to learn more
about the right on my country/continent, so i am not completly clueless
News on musix listenin:
i recently got a Wavvves CD and i loved it, i think people should give it a listen if you liked zach hill & wavves - babes album
i also have a CD of storm and stress on the way, their second album which looks super dope, cant wait to listen to them
and lastly got mini CD-rs on the way so i can record dilute's sold on it so i can play it on the drums
i also went to a local event where they sold music and i bought "Sackcloth and Ashes" from Submission Hold
its a punk album and the CD packaging was so cool so i bought it cuz of that, and its such a good album
absolutly loved it, give it a listen if you can, its somewhat short
on the subject of new music i want to listen to:
i really really REALLY fucking want a CD of dilute's second album grape blueprints, i dont want it i need it bro
thats all i want right now, not thinking of anything else really
video production news:
on the nervous cop CD video, i got carried away with dilute which is the reason it hasnt been produced yet but also
nervous cop's history is barely online, theres almost nothing, the most i have is the discog's artits description which seems to cover
everything i am gonna try to get in contact with jay pelicci (dilute drummer & recorded zach's & Greg's drums for nervous cop)
through Craig Colla (see general news) or through his email on his website
other than that, ill get back here if anything new happens on the nervous cop front,
though a dilute history video might come first so expect either of the two when i get to making them
also expect a V-drum cover of church gone wild again but this time movement 1 to 12, the entire thing, im still seeing if i should post it
im thinking of making multiple recordings and stiching togheter the best parts of it, but iono ill see
