Description
Album: Face Tat
Label: Sargent House
Artist: Zach Hill
Zach Hill's second album released in 2010, one year before the creation of death grips, quite the point in the history of him,
Zach was picked up by Sargent House after joining Nick Reinhart on the project "Bygones", from there Hella released their last album
with Sargent House and Zach was set to release his second album with them, releasing tracks "memo to the man" and "green bricks" singles
on the internet for everyone to hear, not only that, the album also got a japan release which includes a bonus track "Fake ID", which is a
very good track and i think a pretty nice finisher ngl, anyways the album dropped and it was recived pretty well, Zach's first solo album
was known for being very unique in the area of solo drummer projects, and this one is the same, its just crazy how he pulls it off.
As for how this sounds, its very summer vibe, to me personally, this album is bascially perfect for summer, i rember when i first got the CD
and my family went to the beach and when we were near the coast we entered a forest area without signal so had to put a CD on and so Face Tat
was the one that got played and i cannot describe how right it felt, the air from being near the coast was so refreshing and goign semi-fast on
a forest in a car while listening to it was just perfect, nothing can beat it, oh and its also very loud, i highly suggest you turn down your
volume slightly so you dont get your eardrums blown out when you put this album on, its crazy, well not as crazy loud as wavvves lmao,
no favorite track in particular other than maybe the bonus japan track "Fake ID" and "Dizzy from the twins"
